Now the version generated from `bootstrap.c` (when possible) is obtained using `git describe`. It works the same way as `./build.zig`. The only difference is that there is a `-bootstrap` at the end of the version.

In this commit the version generated from
bootstrap.c(when possible) is obtained usinggit describe.It works the same way as
./build.zig. The only difference is that there is a-bootstrapat the end of the version.
