This RFC proposes to add a routine to perform the matrix-vector operations
y = alpha*A*x + beta*ywherealphaandbetaare scalars,xandyareNelement vectors andAis anNbyNsymmetric matrix, supplied in packed form as defined in BLAS Level 2 routines. Specifically adding@stdlib/blas/base/dspmvis proposed.Related Issues
