Playbook Pack init version 2.4

This release marks the second full feature stable release of this project.

new features

• installer for full tool kit (no more having to do manual script installs yourself)
• updaters for both playbook and playbook packs (easy way to get the latest features into your existing packs)
• playbook_init tool (don't want a full pack, well now you can use this option to make a single playbook folder structure)

This release marks the first full feature stable release of this project.
it is recommended to use this version from now on as it is far simpler to use

features:

• playbook builder built in, no need to copy anything/remember to setup folders its all sorted automatically via the 'Add new playbook to pack' option the Launcher

• auto playbook listing, all playbooks are automatically added to Launcher menu, no more having to update it by hand (even has support for multiple sub launchers per playbook though this is a beta feature)

• auto vaults listing, the vault menu now auto populates menu options for each playbook
