I added a new project idea and the docs for it in the R section that is about making a linear regression

Motivation and Context

I wanted to make this because I felt the need of more R projects as there were only 3 before I added mine and I know a lot of people including me work with data and want to use R. I did the project as it is really popular and used in data analytics

How Has This Been Tested?

Not tested anything special I tested it around 4 times twice from my desktop once from my laptop and once from my phone it is looking alright like everyone else's and it is the same formula too just
