What happened:
PR #2811 (related to migrating to the new TXT registry format) broke support for TXT records (from the CRD source). TXT records in CRDs are created, but the associated ownership information is not created and, thus, these records are never deleted if the CRD is deleted.
What you expected to happen:
TXT records in CRDs to work the same as A, CNAME, and SRV records.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Enable the CRD source and create a CRD instance with a TXT record.
