I actually like the fact that the archive icon is exposed directly on the chat title. In fact, I would vote to have the delete button there too!

well yes, but the title it's better to be more visibile imo

Tbh I very rarely come back to previous chats or read their titles , most of them are one offs which are deleted right after I run them to remove clutter. One could easily add menu resize ability that hides those buttons and adds them as you expand it for better readability
