Bug description

From the slack conversation:

If i clicked X from podman desktop UI, it disappeared and can't find icon from System tray, then click podman-desktop app icon, can't launch it.
If i clicked Quit Podman Desktop from podman desktop menu, it disappeared and can't find icon from System tray, then click podman-desktop app icon, launch it well.

Steps to reproduce

  1. install Podman Desktop
  2. Launch the podman desktop (dashboard)
  3. Close Podman Desktop by pressing X button of the app (will close the app, though not quit it)
  4. Open PD dashboard by clicking on the application launch button/icon (usually at bottom bar)
  5. Assert: Application dashboard is shown or is brought back
    Actual result: Nothing happens, only way to bring it back it is to click on system tray and click dashboard option
