this PR adds a header to
confluent_ksql_clusterresource. This should already be fixed by #312 but unfortunately the file still contains no header in version 1.55.0, see: https://github.com/confluentinc/terraform-provider-confluent/blob/v1.55.0/docs/resources/confluent_ksql_cluster.md.
