Hi @xuantuyen-nguyen-setel,
Can you please confirm with a source that the "Hari Wilayah Persekutuan" or "Federal Territory Day" is observed in all Malaysia states or regions.
The file already states a public holiday in region "Kuala Lumpur" as well as "Labuan" and "Putrajaya".
If so please use a valid rule like e.g "02-01" for February 1st.
