feat(i18n): add Hindi language in translations

I am pleased to submit this pull request, which includes a comprehensive translation of all i18n keys to Hindi in the translations.js file.

1. Complete Translation: Every string within the translations.js file has been meticulously translated to Hindi.
2. Accuracy Assurance: To ensure the highest level of accuracy, I have triple-checked each translation. This process involved cross-referencing multiple reliable sources and, where necessary, consulting with native Hindi speakers.
3. Quality Review: The translations have undergone thorough proofreading to maintain consistency and correctness throughout the file.
4. Previous Work Analysis: I reviewed previous pull requests that included Hindi translations, such as #1351 done translate in hindi #3339. I identified and corrected some common errors present in these translations to ensure higher accuracy in this update.
5. Issue Resolution: This pull request addresses the issues numbered Add Indian language doc translation #1351 and Hindi translation for doc file  #1517, specifically adding Hindi translations for documentation files and resolving any related discrepancies.

Changes made to files

1. ./readme.md: I added Hindi (hi) to the list of supported locales.
2. ./src/translations.js: I reorganized all keys in alphabetical order and added translated values for all keys in Hindi.
