Downgrade play-services-auth for firebase-ui-auth, update Crashlytics
21e2f9d 
New play-services-auth removes Credential API used by firebase-ui-auth.
So drop Firebase BOM and specify versions manually. Crashlytics library
does not have much overlap, so easily possible.
