Because

The Dmitri Pavlutin article in the Assignment section was too complicated for beginners reading. Also taking the opportunity to prune the Additional Resources section to enable better focus on extending key topics.

This PR

• Replace Dmitri Pavlutin article with a simpler article on the same content
• Reduce the number of Additional Resources provided
