Reduce annoying "notification dot" on tab icon

Hello! Thank you for Zulip it's awesome!

I noticed that I see "notification dot" on Zulip tab icon every time I open/close the laptop or doing something. When I click on it I see Zulip loading screen and... nothing. No new messages. No events. After this "notification dot" disappeared.
It's pretty annoying.
Please do not show the "notification dot" if there is no messages and load Zulip in the background.
