Suddenly connected to offline user

So the case is, I have 3 usernames to check whether a user is live or not, I tried my tiktok username, my friend's username and the username of the streamer where do live streaming.

When:
check my username (im offline) return LIVE has ended✅
check live streamer return connected ✅
check my friend's username (his offline) return connected with empty roomInfo ❌

anyone have any ideas?
