用项目README中提供的设计器可以打开。gfm格式这东西就是lfm格式的二进制版，没啥必要转换，如果真想转换可以新建一个lazarus工程，然后用提供的govcl设计器打开gfm，再选择组件复制，最后粘贴到lazarus工程的form上。

用设计器吧，lazarus插件bug挺多的，项目没用的文件也比较多，维护很麻烦
