additional featured skills

can we enhance the optional feature skills section to add as many as one prefers?

e.g. i edited the .json object stored in the browser's local storage to include an additional seventh array entry. when you reload the page you will see the manually added entry displayed on the form (left side of browser window) but not on rendered document (right side of browser window).
