Config differences between satori and @vercel/og around emoji support

Hi there, are there any reason why the config type is different between @vercel/og and satori? Specifically around emoji support~

I noticed it is a lot more work to add emoji support in satori than @vercel/og.

Additionally, are there plans to open source @vercel/og? Would you be able to share how emoji support is implemented in @vercel/og?
