Use Cases

vector top command cannot read url from config file when API endpoint changed.

Attempted Solutions

Please read vector top command URL from config file when not specified via command line.

If listen IP is 0.0.0.0:5959 use 127.0.0.1:5959 otherwise use specified IP and port.
