[Issue] Folder creation starting with "Environments" in any form fails

I have checked the following:

• I use the newest version of bruno.
• I've searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

Describe the bug

Creating a new folder called "EnvironmentSettings" fails with the error: The folder name "environments" at the root of the colleciton is reserved...

The logic for this is more than what the error suggests. While the folder name of environments is reserved. I don't see why any folder with environments in the name anywhere should be disallowed.
