While it may be too early for this at this stage, it is a good idea to always keep an employees long term career path in mind. As we grow and potentially start hiring more junior employees, it is important that we mentor and guide them along the path that they want to be on. This is important both because of individual employee performance and satisfaction but also to further incentivize new top-tier talent to join.
