This is a second set of motor map analysis code that I wrote for a different style of motor mapping procedure
MATLAB code for estimating and displaying events in spiking activity from laminar data recorded in the Superior Colliculus.
The script allows to create averages from ordered chunks of single epochs. It does so by condition, no matter if the number of trials differs. The maximum difference between averages in the number of trials they contain is 1.
