Those paths should be:

/opt/homebrew/Caskroom/google-cloud-sdk/latest/google-cloud-sdk/path.zsh.inc
/opt/homebrew/Caskroom/google-cloud-sdk/latest/google-cloud-sdk/completion.zsh.inc
