Describe the bug

The --target flag, contrary to all other uses across Tauri and Rust doesn't accept full target triples instead having its own selection of valid target strings.

Reproduction

No response

Expected behavior

The --target flag should match the behavior of tauri build or cargo build and accept fully formed target triples
