插件有点像一个生命周期函数，可以在 webpck 打包过程中的某些时刻做一些事情。

html-webpack-plugin: 会在打包结束后自动生成一个 html 文件，并自动引入打包生成的 JS 文件。
clean-webpack-plugin: 在打包前先清空 dist 目录
