[Bug]: Args are reset after refresh page in browser

I'm using storybook version 8.1 and I'm having a problem.
The essence of the problem is as follows. I use the controls for the component, set the values ​​in the controls and refresh the page. At the same time, the values ​​in the controls are reset.

@ilya2306 after changing the controls, you have to click "save" for the changes to be persisted before the reload.
