With the implementation of #98 , #108 and commit c0c62bd, all the docker containers are pretty much up-to-date, apart from the PostgreSQL one which is still on postgres:12.4-alpine. The PostgreSQL container hasn't been upgraded because it requires a data migration exercise, which would be a lot of effort for little benefit.
However, according to https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/, PostgreSQL 12 will only be supported until 14 Nov 2024, so the container should be upgraded before then if possible.
Version 16 has just been released and that is supported until 9 Nov 2028, so that would be the best versions to upgrade to, once there are one or two patch releases for it.
