Throws an exception when I run with pycharm debug #2942

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

When I start with pycharm debug it throws an exception, if it starts normally it's fine.
Because I want to debug through debug,as picture:

My friend told me that he also encountered this problem, but we found that it was no problem to use the debug mode of visual studio code. Maybe pycharm is not compatible with sanic event loop? Yes. I try it on vs code . no issue .

So, what should I config or some command on pycharm?

I have no idea what PyCharm is doing or how it is running so I cannot debug this. If you can get the run-time command perhaps we can debug it.
