Expected Behavior

When I hover my mouse on any button that shows a hover screen, it should also record the hover screen that is shown on hovering over the button

Actual Behavior

When I hover my mouse on any button that shows a hover screen, it is not able to record the hover screen that is shown on hovering over the button.

Steps to Reproduce

It can be created on any website using rrweb package.
