[Bug]: "Select destination location" has disappeared from the admin installer

• I have searched in the issues (open and closed) but couldn't find a similar issue
• I have searched in the pyRevit Forum for similar issues
• I already followed the installation troubleshooting guide thoroughly
• I am using the latest pyRevit Version

🐞 Describe the bug

The admin version of the installer stopped offering the installation path starting from version 4.8.15. Moreover, the regular version of the installer offers a choice of installation path.
