[Bug]: Crash List installed Revits.

I think problem in this code . When registry don't have any key in Revit folder "^Revit\s[A-Za-z]*\s*\d{4}\s?($|\s-)". I don’t know how this happened, but the user said after installing the 2021 version of Revit.
