Failed to fetch when attempting to log in/sign up on the web-UI after promptfoo share

I wanted to share a link to my team with the evaluation done and my previous evaluations of the prompts as well. However when I click on Evals/prompts or any tab on the shared link website, it says Log In/Sign up to view previous evals. WHen I attempt to do the same, it says Failed to fetch for my username or password. Would there be a reason for this?
