Feature request

Serve LoraX on INF2 instance (aws)

Motivation

AWS just release Inf2 instances which are purpose built for deep learning (DL) inference
It's really amazing if lorax can be run on it
https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/inf2/
