[Feature] Jump to transcribed part corresponding to audio/video's current position

When I go to the edit mode and click on any point of the audio/video on the left, I want the transcription pane on the right to jump to the corresponding part. This will help when I want to check the later part of a long recording, for now I can only scroll manually. I can also work with the downloaded file, but the web UI is beautiful so I prefer reading and editing there.
