PheroParams not found in @phero/server #126

According to the docs at https://phero.dev/docs/using-phero/context-and-middleware @phero/server should export "PheroParams" but this does not seem to be the case. Did things change and the docs are simply outdated?

(I am currently on 0.10.4)
