Autogenerate API specs from all pacts

There is currently no way to view all of a provider's contracts in a single context. Creating this context would be extremely useful for documentation purposes. For consumers looking to integrate with that provider, looking at the union of all of its pre-existing contracts would approximate an API specification, automatically up-to-date and verifiable.

I'm surprised to see that this request doesn't exist already, as I know I've been a proponent of the same thing! It must be somewhere, but I couldn't find it here. In any case - yes, want! :)
