Please add plugin settings

As a feature request I’d propse the idea of adding plugin settings.

If the user clicks on the "settings" in the plugins section of OJS, a modal settings panel appears, which explains, where exactly to find the plugin’s settings with direct links to the correct places in OJS (these are "[...]/management/settings/website#appearance/shariffPlugin" and "[...] "/management/settings/website#appearance/appearance-setup").

This would enhance the usability.
