Rewrite the complete chat ui using https://github.com/exyte/Chat as base.

Integrate our current action buttons into title bar (encryption state and call button)
Implement missing content type support for inline URL preview
Implement missing content type support for arbitrary file transfer
Implement missing content type support for location
