功能增强----像全局菜单栏一样把歌词放在panel/dock里 #1280

桌面空间很珍贵。
把歌词栏放前面无论是否锁定，在用其他软件被遮挡，或是想通过歌词栏切歌误触其他程序，都是不想发生的事。
恰好看见panel里有个更好的位置，既不会误触，也不会遮挡其他程序，把歌词像全局菜单栏一样放在顶栏/底栏空白位置也许会更好。

我搜了一下， KDE、gnome都是可以实现的，windows应该也可以。希望可以改进增强，感谢各位开发者的奉献。
