Gateway API Conformance PRs currently include documentation to reproduce, but it's a manual process.

@youngnick would like to go a step further and have the documentation be executable, reproducible, and not require any local software or specialized knowledge.

Deliverables

• Use existing documentation identify and close gaps in automatically bringing up Contour on cloudnative.coop
• Create literate programming documentation (org) for reproducing GW v1.1 on Contour
• Results should be the content for creating a Conformance PR (reproducing the PR)
