The Setup Browser Integration section of the User Guide obviously contains content about setting up browser integration. However, content about using that integration is also in there (notably in the aptly named Using the Browser Extension subsection.

The section, which exists both in the User Guide and in the Getting Started Guide, should be renamed to properly reflect its contents.

Note that the User Guide's Passkeys section should also be in the section about browser integration.

Apologies, this ticket was meant to be filed against the keepassxc-org repository.

I'm confused about what you think is wrong, besides the passkeys placement.

@droidmonkey the section's title is Setup Browser Integration, but that does not cover everything inside that section. Setup Browser Integration could be the name of a subsection covering configuration, but explanations about how to use browser integration should rather be in a section titled just "Browser Integration" (or perhaps a different section titled "Use Browser Integration").

The reason I created a separate Passkeys section is that it has a lot more features than the Browser Integration, and the section is easier to find. After all, it mentions the relation to Browser Integration. Plus, passkey import/export etc. works without the Browser Integration.

Thanks @varjolintu
In that case, the Enabling Passkey Support section should be corrected:

KeePassXC supports Passkeys directly through the Browser Integration service. Passkeys are only supported with the use of the KeePassXC Browser Extension and a properly connected database.

Thank you for transferring the ticket
