Compiling ElasticSearch synonyms files from MySQL contents

Hi John,
we would like to set up a pipeline that compiles the set of synonyms files in EL/Solr format whenever the thesaurus contents stored on MySQL are updated. Looking at the repo content, we could not see anything related to this. Did we overlook something?

Alternatively, could you give us a few pointers that can help us develop such a feature?

(As a side note, your work on this project is impressive. We are using your synonyms files on a live project and they are working beautifully!)
