Non-minified version of bulma-prefixed is missing

Overview of the problem

f062fa3 aimed to build non-minified versions of the alternate releases.
Though it seems it instead introduced a bulma-prefixed.min.min.css and no non-minified version of bulma-prefixed.
As a consequence, the corresponding link in the docs is still dead.
