Requirement assessment page, can't delete the applied control if there's only one item #483

In requirement assessments page, the button to remove an applied control and the "Remove all" button only appear when at least two controls are selected.
Same for the evidences tab

Good point. It's the default behavior of this UI component, and we can look into enhancing it as we did elsewhere.
Meanwhile, the trick is to use the backspace key.
