Происходит падение платформа

Сценарий воспроизведения
Запустить платформу 8.3.18.1363 x64 и нажать Ctrl + 1 - Показать список методов модуля
Платформа закроется.

Ожидаемое поведение, если бы ошибки не было
Откроется окно со списком текущих методов модуля
