Automatic subtitle translation

What you want IINA to do:

It would be great if IINA could automatically translate a subtitle into a different language using a translation API like DeepL. The translation API and the key could be specified in the settings.

Currently, one would need to manually extract or download a subtitle, translate it like with deepsubtitles.com, and import it.

IINA could automate this.

What IINA does currently:

IINA can find subtitles online if they exist.

Why you think this should be added:

This is useful because subtitles for a language might not be included or available online. Even if they are available online, the timestamps might not align, and one can't use subtitle delay for a secondary subtitle since it would also wrongly shift the primary subtitle.
