add_sideset_names without add_sideset_ids

Motivation

With the merge of #27968 add_subdomain_names can be used without explicitly giving add_subdomain_ids. For add_sideset_names this is not the case, but the basic idea of these two parameter pairs is very similar. I propose to fix this asymmetry by automatically generating sideset IDs if add_sideset_names is given alone.

No existing Moose model should be affected due to the fact only new functionality is added.
