Motivation

We have folks posting believing they are formatting their posts accordingly, but continue to use double quotes, singles quotes, etc.

Design

provide necessary encapsulation for the user within our templates. Something like:

I am going to barrow from Conda-Forge's ticket submissions. As they have something like this in place.

Impact

We hope this will provide a default means for properly formatted discussions including error text
