IE11 throws SCRIPT1046 error in strict mode #183

Expected behaviour

Should work in IE 11

Actual behaviour

Doesn't work because of Error "SCRIPT1046" ("Multiple definitions of a property not allowed in strict mode")

The bug is caused by

highcharts-editor/src/editors/highed.drawereditor.js

toolbar: toolbar

the property toolbar is definied twice which isn't allowed in strict mode.
