Maintainer/Contributor

When an open-source project that I use is looking for a maintainer, I like to try and volunteer. At a minimum, I typically will update documentation when I notice that it is inaccurate and I prioritize open pull-request review. Of course, more complex issues tend to be harder to triage and stay on top of---there are more users than contributors. I started tracking my vimrc using GitHub March 24th 2017. I only started using the vim-terraform plugin today, but I do have experience with Vimscript from adding fancy key mappings in my personal vimrc.

I tend to be more proactive in open-source when I'm not taking classes/certifications; I'm currently working on the UW PCE Software Development & Design Essential Certificate.
