Expose terragrunt's ability to generate provider and backend as a standalone command
I want to run terraform in a GitHub pipeline but I want to use terragrunt to generate backend.tf and provider.tf
terraform
terragrunt
backend.tf
provider.tf
$ terragrunt generate
This new command should do whatever is currently done implicitly when any terragrunt command is run
